Living life to the fullest

I have said that my life began 6-6-07, the day of my heart attack. I was 222lbs with average lipids and considered an average risk for a heart attack. Wow, what a wake up call when the cause was ruled as STRESS! 1.5 years later I'm down 65 lbs to 157 with amazing lipids, a workout diva with a clean dieta. No, I'm not on a diet. This is my dieta - my life. Better yet is the improvement of my body fat. Started @ 46% body fat and currently @ 28%. I still have a lot of work to do and now I ...

My journey may be a long one but at least I can now focus appropriately.

My Goals:
I have never been fond of the term "goals." To me they always too finite - and then what to do you do? I prefer to use the term "stepping stones" because my path can always be changing.

My Program:
I love the magazine - Clean Eating, plus the spark recipes have helped too. I am a LES MILLS class exercise fan & my favorite classes are BodyFlow, BodyJam and BodyPump.

2009 Focus:

Test a new healthy recipe monthly to avoid bordeom.

Strength (BodyPump): 2x wk
Cardio (BodyJam) 2x wk
Yoga (BodyFlow): 2x weekly

Declutter: Home, Garden, Mind, Diet = Life

Focus on what I CAN change, not what I can't.
