My Goals:
Lose 20-25 lbs.
Get back into shape
Model a healthy lifestyle for our special needs daughter.


My Program:
Eating a Meditteranean diet: adequate breakfast, large lunch, small dinner and healthy snacks with fruit as our desserts.

Exercise Monday - Saturday; interchanging with high cardio DVD's and 10% uphill walking.

Personal Information:
SAHM to a beautiful, wonderful little girl with Down syndrome. Her medical needs and developmental needs keep me busy-busy-busy and I have to force myself to make time for myself to work out, cook healthy (but I love to cook anyway), and give my soul some time to breathe.

I am a devout follower of our Lord, Jesus Christ.
