You know sometimes when I realize how skinny you are I get physically sick! If I ever want to become bulimic I can just think about how skinny you are.

Okay, so I wanted to fill you in on the Tech gossip of the day.

1. At about 8:30 this morning there was a fire truck on campus.
2. When I left for lunch they had evacuated the Chem building, and there were two cop cars there. (I don't know what went down.)
3. On my way back from lunch I was cruising past the UC and I think I saw Matt talking to a crying employee (She was probably having personal issues and he was just being a good boss, but i like to think maybe there was a big scene and he fired her. Or maybe the fire truck was because she started a fire and Matt, through extensive detective work, discovered it was her and now they are just waiting on the cops to show up. My life is pretty boring so sometimes I have to create drama)
4. We are having a dust storm and every time the wind gusts we get this high pitch WREEEEEEE sound in the hall ways, which is really uber annoying.

I hope you are having a great day. : )

Hello! I wanted to welcome you to the Teachers Learning to Lose SparkTeam! We are so happy to have you here! I hope this team serves as an encouragement and a support for you as you continue on your journey. Please take a few minutes and check out our forums and introduce yourself to the team. Be sure to check out our January Newsletter, which will tell you what is currently happening in our team. Also, take the "getting to know you survey." Its a great way for people to get to know you. There are wonderful people here. This group is a great place to be. Let me know if there is anything I can do for you!

We have a program in the Teachers Learning to Lose team called "Accountability Partners." We pair people up with someone else in the team who they will have something in common with. This team and SparkPeople.com as a whole is very large, and can be rather overwhelming. Having an accountability partner really helps you connect. It's a great way to have constant support, motivation, and encouragement from another team member. If you're interested, just SparkMail me and let me know.

I look forward to getting to know you! Have a fabulous day!

Maryann

Hi and welcome to the Teachers Learning to Lose team, if you haven't had a chance to already come on over to the Message board and introduce yourself. Take a look at our Monthly Newsletter, that will tell you something about our team.

You don't have far to go and we can help you do that for sure. This team has a lot of support to offer. It is a very active group so jump right in and join our conversation!

We have a program we call Accountability Buddies, you are paired up with a team member with similar goals and interests so you can provide each other with that extra measure of support and motivation. Just send a Spark Mail to my team co-leader MMWILLIAMS (Maryann) and she will get you started!

Again welcome, I look forward to getting to know you.
