I have been doing my tracking regularly. I get on every day to enter what I have eaten. If I don't do it every day I'm afraid I will forget to enter something. Getting on every day also helps me to compare how I am doing today with how I have been doing. It has definitely opened my eyes up to how many calories are in some foods.
