    No problem...Go up to the top of page click on My trackers-My fitness..and right under the big Red Fitness letters it has like a yellow box and says quick track fitness
    It then says Fitness minutes: Activity: then you hit save right under
    Hope this helps if you are using smartphone its under More-Fitness Quick Track
