We're almost at the end of the 3rd week and you are managing some great walking steps,you started off slow but have made it up with a great consistency as the month has progressed - looks like you've found your pace, - excellent, thats what I call progress.
Keep finding that Spring in your step and look back on april with pride!
Please feel free to count your 'ordinary do anyway' steps - these still count as activity towards your 10,000 steps a day as recommened by experts for good health. Everybody else on the team does and its expected, otherwise you'll be shortchanging yourself out of your achievements lol!
If you actually 'go for a walk' too - then obviously this is fab - but walking is walking, no matter how it is done.
