Be Happy, Be Healthy!

I could list all the various (and occasionally comical) reasons why, but it doesn't really matter as long as I'm here. I could tell you I've never been less than 170 in my adult life (until now!), which is true. I could tell you that I never finished a Presidential Physical Fitness Challenge (true) or we could talk about how I was a size 18/20 at prom (also true). But none of that really matters. Don't look back!

My Goals:
- Jog a 5k all the way.

- Eat a healthy amount of decent food daily.

- Wear a size 8 and/or weigh around 145.

My Program:
- Eat around 1220-1550 calories a day.

- Work out 30 mins most days of the week.

- Eat healthy snacks 1-2 times a day.

- Stop eating 2 hrs before bed.

- Eat breakfast every morning.

Thank you for your comment :) I think you're right. The Samoas are probably way more worth the calories than the thins mints. But I remember in the years past sitting down with an entire tube of thin mints on the couch in front of the TV munching away and going through the whole thing before I even realized what had happened. I've been so super surprised with myself that 2-4 have been holding me over and I haven't been raiding the fridge! This journey is a wonderful and curious journey indeed :)
