Be Happy, Be Healthy!
I could list all the various (and occasionally comical) reasons why, but it doesn't really matter as long as I'm here. I could tell you I've never been less than 170 in my adult life (until now!), which is true. I could tell you that I never finished a Presidential Physical Fitness Challenge (true) or we could talk about how I was a size 18/20 at prom (also true). But none of that really matters. Don't look back! I'd like to be the girl I was too lazy to be yesterday. I want to be ...

My Goals:
- Jog a 5k all the way. - Eat a healthy amount of decent food daily. - Wear a size 8 and/or weigh around 145.
My Program:
- Eat around 1220-1550 calories a day. - Work out 30 mins most days of the week. - Eat healthy snacks 1-2 times a day. - Stop eating 2 hrs before bed. - Eat breakfast every morning.
