Painting my own masterpiece!
I have been on this journey since 1/2/10 and what a journey it has been! I have seen ups and downs on the scale, I have had good days and I have had bad days, but all of them have amounted to who I am and who I am becoming as a healthy individual. I am motivated, and inspired by fellow Sparkers who have decided to make this change for themselves! I have been on this journey since 1/2/10 and what a journey it has been! I have seen ups and downs on the scale, I have had good days and I have had bad days, but all of them have amounted to who I am and who I am becoming as a healthy individual. I am motivated, and inspired by fellow Sparkers who have decided to make this change for themselves! I have learned more about food, exercising and the power of people in the last few months then I could have ever imagined. I began this journey by rewarding myself with tangible items, this was helpful, but the biggest reward is how I am feeling on the inside and how my body is transforming on the outside. This is better then any manicure/pedicure, purse, outfit, or date with my husband!!! This reward last a lifetime unlike the tangible things! Don't mistake my words, I still give myself little rewards for achievements completed, but my main focus is on the end result! I hope to some day become a Spark People Motivator and encourage others through my words, pictures, and successes! The milestones I achieve for myself could be the one thing that may change one person's life for the better! I encourage you all to live life to the fullest, laugh when you are sad, and love unconditionally!!!

My Goals:
Well first and foremost, I want to do it this time and not just say I am going to do it and then give up weeks later. So goal #1-stick with the program. Goal #2-lose 50 pounds by Christmas 2010. I not only want to lose the weight I want to do it in a healthy way by not resorting to fasting, or surgeries. Goal #3-By Summer 2011 I would like to be at my healthy weight of 109-135 and put on that bikini that has been in my drawer for 4 years as of next month!
My Program:
It's time to set a consistent schedule for myself, hopefully this will help with this dreaded plateau. Mon.- C25K Tues.- Zumba Wed.- C25K Thurs.- Zumba Fri.- C25K Sat.- Zumba Sun. Rest I am going to try this and then add in 3 days of ST!

Hello everyone, my name is Sabrina and I live in Findlay, Ohio. I am a wife, mother, full-time student, babysitter, and a domestic engineer~haha!!! I love that society has given housewives a sophisticated name:) I obtained my Associates degree in Dec. 2008 and will receive my Bachelors degree August 2010. I plan to reach for my dream of some day becoming a professional photographer and opening up my own studio!!
