2013 is my year! (Again? I know, but I really mean it this time!)

I've been working very hard on my career the last few years. In 2010 I passed my CA exam and in 2011 I moved across the country, from PEI to Calgary, AB. I followed my dreams and I'm building the life I want for myself. Now it's time to get healthy.

I lost 30 lbs in 2010, and 10 lbs in 2011. Even though I've had periods of time where I've been 'off the wagon', I'm proud that I have been able to keep at least that much off. 2012 was a bit of a yo-yo year - I was up and down around ...

I lost 30 lbs in 2010, and 10 lbs in 2011. Even though I've had periods of time where I've been 'off the wagon', I'm proud that I have been able to keep at least that much off. 2012 was a bit of a yo-yo year - I was up and down around 10 pounds. My work was very stressful and my boss was toxic, so I changed jobs in October. I'm really enjoying my work now.

My mom was diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes in her early 50s. My doctor said that I will get it in my 30s. I'm 31 and running out of time.

I started the Ideal Protein plan on January 12, 2013, and so far it has been challenging, but rewarding. There is nothing more motivating than results!

[ ] Buy a fun, cheap ring that fits! (started with size 12 fingers!)

4 ideal protein products per day, plus store-bought protein and lots of vegetables.

Exercise isn't a focus of IP since it's so low calorie, but my dog gets me out for at least 2, 15 walks per day.

I can relate...I am in the process of passsing the CPA exam and being licensed. I feel good about that accomplishment but really want to lose the weight. I too would love to lose 100lbs in 2012.

I am doing well on IP so far. I wish you luck and hope to keep up with you on the message boards.
