I am a single mother, a little girl. I have struggled my whole life with being overweight. A few years I started cutting down and lost 30 lbs keep it off for 2 years, but due to stress and a few changes in my life I gain most of it back. I just need to find my motivation again. I know will be a hard journey but its worth taking to be a healthy an active mom to a very active little girl.

My Goals:
My goal is to be doing 2-45min session a day. Lose 70lbs. Eating new and healthy foods.
My Program:
Doing 20 min. of Cardio/Circuit in morning and 25 min of Cardio/circuit at night. My goal is to be doing 2-45min session a day. Calories 1700-1800 a day.
