Today's YOUR debut...for a Healthy New YOU!!!
I can't wait to become the healthy new ME!!! It might take weeks or months , but I will get there!!!
I just came back to SPARKS after being away from about a year. 2 knee surgeries and a shoulder surgery found me less able to exercise and the weight slowly came back on. I am ready to start slowly back on the SPARK program. It worked before for me ,. it will work again for me.
I am ready to start TODAY. Today is the first step for a healthy new you.

My Goals:
I would like to become healthier and fitter. I'm doing that one day at a time.
My Program:
I just recently underwent knee surgery /shoulder so my workout are mainly what the PT has prescribed for me to do.
Personal Information:
I'm currently working as a massage therapist. I'm a single parent of 3 wonderful teens, which keeps me very BUSY!!!! I can't wait to get to know more SPARKS people and share my knowledge of things and learn from you!!!
