    I found that D'Adamo's information on blood type diets helps me not be too hungry from exercising more. "The Quilt SparkTeam helped me learn a lot about a protein breakfast and "late lunch--which makes people more able to use the energy they eat instead of storing it as fat and which fits my blood type well; and Katahn's T-FActor book helps carb-eaters--small, frequent, low-fat meals for carb eaters.

    For me, personal finances - easy to plan, hard to execute and feel like I'm King of The World when I'm able to do at least 75% of the plan! I don't go to the mall often but when I do, bookstores are the highest temptations then shoes and cosmetics/skin care. And worse, bookstores onlines is another thing hard for me to resist and even though I can't buy cosmetics or skincare online, I still can call the store to make purchase. Hope with my new finance plan, I've more stronger willpower!
