I am a registered dietitian who needs a little help to finally get off the weight I've gained on and off throughout my college years (my weight unfortunately yo-yos). Even though I am a health professional, I am not immune to gaining weight. My own health habits are a work in progress!
I love talking to new people and I'm always open to advice and motivation. I want to keep learning and trying new things!
I am married to the love of my life and we are working together to get in great shape and start our life together as healthy as possible.

My Goals:
I want to feel better about myself, I want to be as healthy as I can be, and I want to make a change that lasts! I want to encourage others to make healthy changes in their lives and be a great health role model.


My Program:
I try to better myself every day. I want to make lasting changes, so I don't adhere to any crazy diet or exercise programs. Overall, I watch what I eat and try to pick healthy food choices most of the time. I have stepped up my fitness routine lately and aim for 4-6 workouts each week mixing strength training and various cardio routines.



Personal Information:
I am from the Chicagoland area. I live with my wonderful husband, Aaron, and our adorable cats, Theo and Asha. I try to be happy and positive each day.


Other Information:
I love music, movies, and books!! That is how I relax. And I use exercise to relieve stress and gain some energy! I enjoy camping and being outside, and I always love spending time with my family, friends, and my hubby. Cooking and baking are also passions of mine!
