At 5' 0" I've had weight problems all my adult life, and had WLS in 12/1992 weighing 271 lbs. After that I lost to 160 lbs, but by 2004, I regained to 190. Then I began tracking all my food with a computer software program, and lost to my goal of 115 lbs. I'm in my 8th year of maintenance, and dieting is now an enjoyable hobby. I have a personal recreational website named DietHobby, which can be found at www.diethobby.com. My cooking videos, inspirational videos and articles are there.
