Hell bent on changing my ways!
I am a 37 year old mom of one 13 yr old daughter. I don't need to lose a lot of weight but need to lose the last 10 pounds and keep them off. I am facing a kidney/pancreas transplant sometime in the near future. With all the stress I just can't seem to lose the weight. I also want to shape the sagging parts!
I feel like I weigh so much more than 110lbs. (start weight) and in the mirror I see someone huge.
