My Goals:
I want to stay within a healthy BMI. I want to maintain flexability and build strength and stamina. I want to keep my b/p and labs wnl.
My Program:
I follow the maintenance phase of SBD since I reached goal.. I take an aerobics exercise class five mornings a week, and swim as well. I do some resistance work and work with weights twice a week
Personal Information:
I'm married, have grown kids and grandchildren. I live in the mountains of No. New England with my DH and our beloved Golden Retriever. I'm now a SAHW after 30 years in the Nursing profession.
Other Information:
I like to camp, travel, garden, read, and love politics and current events, do yoga and reiki..
