DECIDED TO MAKE A CHANGE

I am 24 and have basically been overweight my entire life. Now I am at a point in my life where I am deciding to change my lifestyle. I don't need to be super skinny or a size 2 I just want to be more active and healthier.

I joined for some positive support from people with similar goals.

My Goals:
My ultimate goal is to lose 60lbs. in a healthy maintainable way.

My Program:
my activity level has fallen significantly over the past 2 years so I am going to start my slowing regaining my endurance and strength. I think I am going to try a pilates program, using a ski machine and finding a strength program.

I haven't decided on an eating program yet.

You're doing great! A lot of people showed smaller weight loss, and a few (including me) even gained! You can definitely put those together - I know you can!!
