Health wise, I've been eating clean for about a week, for the purpose of feeling better rather than loosing any weight. I'm trying to ease back in to healthy habits. It's amazing how easy it is to just 'forget' about them, isn't it?
My new fitness goal is going to be muscle-related. I haven't decided on the specifics yet but in hindsight the strength-goals made me feel the best.

If you need a hiking/walking buddy let me know! We are at a similar weight (except I am 10 pounds behind ya) and have about the same goal!
