Being healthy

I'm back and trying to make permanent healthy changes in my life.

I turned 30 this year. Married for almost two years with a teenage step-daughter who lives with us. I am working on two engineering degrees and put on 20 pounds per year for the last 5 years.

The last year has been rough. Both my husband and I are looking for work. Finished my AS degree but have to take a break until we have the money to pay tuition. Most difficult has been the loss of my sweet puppy, ...

My goal is to be healthy. My target weight is 140 but that is really where I Will ''re-evaluate and decide how much more is healthy for my body.

1. My new job has me walking 7-10 miles plus two hours or more of moving boxes each day.

2. Drink at least 100 ounces of water or herbal (no sweetener) tea per day

3. Balanced meals -- within my calorie range every day

Want to add:
Yoga 3 times a week




Personal Information:
Boy, life has changed!
I am married to a great guy. We have a teenager full time (my step daughter). Still have a house full of animals -- 4 cats and a dog.
We also now have our own small company! Exciting times!
