Grrr...how many times am I going to Start Over?

Man, does this stink. I'm always starting over, begining again, or resolving to kick it into gear.

I've met my goal weight twice, and twice let my weight creep up to the old 170. Not a great feeling.

I've had some personal trajedies in my family within a matter of 3 months. In those 3 months, I lost interest in exercise, eating right, and my passion - running.

So, here I am again. I will just do my best and not obsess over my fluctuating weight. ...

Personal Information:
I've been trying to lose weight since December '07. I started out at 186, but the time I joined SP in Febuary, I was down to 170 thanks to a treadmill. At one point before vacation I was down 30 pounds. I am back up to 168 but I hope to loose the weight and reach my 155lb goal by this summer!

Other Information:
I have3 beautiful babies and a great husband.
"Tommorow is a new day." I tell myself this every time I think I've "failed." Honestly though, I tell myself that too much, and I have lacked self control by being too easy on myself. Everything takes balance.

I'm semi-back. I try to get on here and log my food, but it's still not habit yet.
I'm going to keep on trying. Need to get rid of the weight I gained back.
