I'm so happy that things are going well for you! It always feels amazing when you can fit into a pair of jeans that you haven't been able to in a while. There's nothing like that exhilarating rush of adrenaline that just makes you wanna scream "YEAH!!!!"
I'm staying stable right now after a few weeks of not tracking things but I've been trying to get myself back in the groove and I think it's working. Hopefully I'll see some progress by next week again? 2616 days ago
Hey lady! Right now for exercising I'm mainly doing treadmill incline intervals. Every 5 mins I raise the incline 3%, then when I reach 9% i got back down and do it twice. Sometimes i do the bike or elliptical but I'm not huge fans of those machines. i also have the Jillian Michaels tapes, 30 day shred and Banish Fat/Boost Metabolism. When I get bored I switch it up. I love my HRM thoguh because it tells me how longer I should go, haha. How's your Wed going? At least we're finally over the half way mark offically! 2646 days ago
Hahaha when I first started working out again a few weeks ago, I thought I was gonna cry every time I had to sit on the toilet! I know EXACTLY what you mean ahaha! I laughed about that for a good ten minutes when I read it :) Most of the time I've been going to the gym, but when I'm home and don't feel like getting out, I'll do pilates videos or do something on demand from comcast on the fitness station. I've been training a lot harder at the gym lately so I'm really starting to feel some progress. My trainer (who i see 2x a month) worked me out yesterday and was totally proud that I didn't have to stop and take a breather and I pushed through all the pain really well. Whoo!

Don't worry about the pizza! If I could be satisfied with a veggie thin crust I would be eating that every day, haha. I usually don't have a problem with binging on the weekends, i'm not sure why... maybe because I sleep more, haha. I actually have more problems with trying not to over eat on weeknight when I come home from work and I'm sitting in front of the tv. I find myself saying, 'oh if i just order a pizza i can eat bad tonight then I have all week and the weekend to make it up before my weigh in'. Bad thoughts! Haha.
