I am 5'4 and weight 150 on a bad day. I am looking to lose AT LEAST 20 lbs but would like to lose 25 overall. I am not happy with my body and am working out about three times a week. It's hard to be motivated at the end of a workday, and I cannot workout first thing in the morning so I am overcoming some small obstacles. I am 5'4 and weight 150 on a bad day. I am looking to lose AT LEAST 20 lbs but would like to lose 25 overall. I am not happy with my body and am working out about three times a week. It's hard to be motivated at the end of a workday, and I cannot workout first thing in the morning so I am overcoming some small obstacles. I used to eat when I was bored but have come to find that I can keep my appetite down if I keep a full cup of water nearby and sip on it all day long. I eat very healthy and watch my portions. I eat slow so that my stomach knows when it's full. I just need to get into the gym or go out and run. I love running and am waiting til it gets a little warmer so I can run around my neighborhood. I want my pants to fit a lot better.
