My Goals:
Drop back to 170 lbs or slightly less and maintain that weight. Finish a marathon.

My Program:
Fine tuning my diet. Exercise level is good. Running about a race a month (5 & 10K's) with longer races every 6 months or so. 20 + miles a week plus strength training.

Personal Information:
I hail from the Dallas/Fort Worth area. Married to my highschool sweetheart (a mile relay track star and tri-athlete). Proud to be owned by six cats and a dog...
