Hi my name is Brian . I started Sparks in April 2007 at 265 pounds . I worked hard and by Aug. 2008 I was at 203 and looking forward to getting below 200 . Fast forward to Nov 2010 - 269 pounds . So I'm back once again .Hopefully I will learn from my mistakes and keep my weight off for good.
It is now Nov 2011 and after a long two month plateaue of staying at 230 I have dropped to 225 . Down 44 pounds for the year .(So Far)

My goal for 2011 is to keep under 2200 cal. And to exercise 5 times a week I would like to get below 200



My Program:
Cardio 5 days a week and weights 3 days

To try and have something fun ,exciting or interesting too look forward too at least once a month

Other Information:
Life has been pretty discouraging lately so we try to do things that are fun or at least distracting . Up coming distractions for Nov-Dec. 2011 1 A play -A Christmas Carol 2 Santa Claus Parade 3 Stars On Ice . and of course Christmas.

Thanks for the new bike. It made me laugh at myself, because you see, bike maintenance is a weak area in my life. I ride and ride, and don't do maintenance like oil the chain, clean the rims or frame, etc. Sheesh I just don't like it, and with all my miles, that is asking for trouble. I'm going to use your goodie as a positive spin on my weakness and let it motivate me to do some maintenance. Thanks for sharing this journey with me. I am so happy in my new body, and thankful for SP and it's community of kind people. Take care!

Well I live in Mexico, so I have to make the most of it somehow! I just definitely enjoyed my summer back in the States. :) Now I'm trying to make it work back in Mexico too!
