My Goals:
Updated 10/05/2012. Lifetime maintenance. Overall goal is to recomp favorably. Accomplish this with heavy lifting, limited cardio, plenty of food. Constant simplification of approach to rid myself and others of ritualistic noise. I have numbers, but don't really share publicly. Will be happy to in private.

Accomplishments: Lost 70 pounds around Feb 2010, 5K Personal Best: 20:48 on Oct 2, 2010, P90X grad, Sept 2010. Half marathon: 1:53, Feb 2012. 415 pound deadlift, November 2012. I am a smart ass which I find better than being a dumb ass. I wish more people shared the viewpoint.
