Going Thin!!!

Spark is the best tool for us.. I am so thankful for this site..I have been a sparkler since March 2011 and boy has it changed my way of life. In November 2010 my husband and I brought a great little man into our lives.. 8lbs 4 oz. I was at my heaviest(274). I had a C-Section so a change had to wait a bit.. On my sons second birthday I weighed 174...100 pounds lost..Since that goal I have put a few back on 10 pounds.. :( I am troubled by this, but intend to get past this road block and move into the 160's..

My Goals:
I was 274 going into delivery of my son in Nov 2010. I was 242 in March 2011 when I started SP. And now July 2011 I am 222. Its Dec and at last weigh in I was 193lbs. I have been in the low 190's since December 11' I want to be in the 180's by March. Nov 2012 weight 174... YES!!!! Put about 10 back on, but just fueling my drive to get to the 160's..

My Program:
Aware of what I take in and what needs to go out to keep my self in goal range.

I, too, saw your comment on SPARKGUY's status and agree wholly with what DADDYS_GIRL6 said before me. Make sure that you have adjusted your caloric intake requirements as you lose weight. To do this, go into your goal weight & date settings section and just resave the information to adjust it. Also, do you log your food? Do you measure with something other than a scale? I went for three weeks where I actually gained weight but continued to lose 3 inches off my body. Scales can be our enemies.

We spark members are here to support each other. If you need to talk or vent, or need ideas to spark your enthusiasm again, let us know. We're here for you.

Hi saw your comment to Sparkguys post. I don't know if staff will see it to help. I don't know for sure, if I can help but want you to know others *do* care.
First let me say, after reading your SP page, Wow!! Congrats on your success so far!! I am so proud of you!!
Since you have lost so much so far have your added your new weight to the Start page? You will have to do that to adjust your food intake and your amount of exercise. The less we weigh the more exercise we must do. That surprised me, but guess it is because we don't have all the weight we did have when exercising? :)
Please don't give up! Try some different things for yourself. We are all different and different things work for us too.
Ask on your teams if anyone has any suggestions. Someone may have learned somethings that will help you too!

You made my day, it's funny how having other people tell you things you know in the back of your mind makes you feel reassured. emoticon Also funny how I have been overweight my entire life, so why I think I can get this weight off in a shorter time is beyond me...lol...I so appreciated all that you said, it really did help. I think you look great! Congrats on your weight loss thus far...and the runs are awesome! Ran my first in April. emoticon I would wish you luck, but you got this! You don't need luck, but have a blast! emoticon
