I'm back!!! Monday, January 31st is going to be the start of a healthy new year!! Ordered a Pilates machine and it's going to be at my front door tomorrow morning! Can't wait! Spring will look a lot healthier this year!!

Saw your status about your back, ouch! Have you found any exercises to do? I'm sure SP has some great back stretches and exercises. I did a great back extension on an exercise ball the other day (one of Coach Nicole's).
