I am still learning, but the best thing I have done nutrition-wise is track my sodium (you can do that on the nutrition page) and shoot to stay under 2300 mg a day. Once I did that, I started dropping water weight right away. I can tell if I eat too much salt now because I can feel the difference. It was tough cutting out so many processed foods and limiting things that I really didn't think I would need to originally, but I have seen the results - and that keeps me going!
