My Goals:
Long term - a strong, healthy body for service to God and eventually for retirement to play with my younguns!
Short term - lose the 5 lb I'd regained by Easter. 6 lb in 6 weeks should be reasonable.

My Program:
Finish reading the Spark, continue the same exercise/ active lifestyle I've started. Continue to track food/exercise/ and other goals.

Thanks for stopping by and commenting on my "dirty little secrets" blog. I'd definitely say that having a more balanced and realistic approach has helped me to maintain my weight loss. Few among us can live in states of constant perfection for long. We CAN be far from perfect, but still successful!
