Long term - a strong, healthy body for service to God and eventually for retirement to play with my younguns! Short term - lose the 5 lb I'd regained by Easter. 6 lb in 6 weeks should be reasonable.
Finish reading the Spark, continue the same exercise/ active lifestyle I've started. Continue to track food/exercise/ and other goals.
