Strong and Healthy

I've been married for 12 years and I have 3 children with autism (11, 10 and 10). I have PCOS that I battle frequently and I was diagnosed when I was 15. I have problems with fatigue, hormonal weight gain, ovarian pain, daily headaches, psciatica pain and a bad knee.

Right now I'm not trying to weigh under 110, I just want to weigh LESS, and be strong and healthy.

My Journey to Date:

June 2011 - 250 pounds. Started taking 10,000 IU Vitamin D

"Whenever you make a mistake or get knocked down by life, don't look back at it too long.
Mistakes are life's way of teaching you. Your capacity for occasional blunders is inseparable from your capacity to reach your goals.
No one wins them all, and your failures, when they happen, are just part of your growth. Shake off your blunders.
How will you know your limits without an occasional failure? Never quit. Your turn will come."
