My Goals:
Short term goal:
To continue to make healthier choices at meal times and continue with at least 30 min of exercise 3 days a week.

Long term goal: To set a good example to friends and loved ones who are trying to attain their goals.

My Program:
1. 30 to firm program 3 days a week with treamill or walking video one day a week.
2. Eat breakfast daily.
3. Take a lunch to work daily.
4. Resist temptation of snacking at work.
5. Nutrition tracker daily.

Personal Information:
I am married to a really great guy (this year will be our 25th anniversary) and have 3 daughters. My oldest daughter got married this summer- it was really beautiful! I have two other daughter's who are in college.
We have 2 dogs and 6 cats.


Other Information:
Love to read !!!! Much to my suprise just recently finished the Twilight series and really enjoyed it!
I love purses and pandora charms!!!!
I'm a nurse and currently working 12 hr days so fitting exercise in on those days is very challenging!

Wow- I can't believe how long it's been since I have posted or been active on this link!!! I have continued my fitness journey and also fallen off the fitness wagon more than once.
Since my last post, I have tried Nutrisystem (lost 13 pounds but put on 10 after I stopped getting the food) and in Feb I joined Weight Watchers. Since joining, I have lost 5.4 pounds. It's been a slow journey getting back into exercise and making better decisions in my food choices.
I also became a grandmother or "Mim" on Oct 13, 2012. Lily has added so much to our lives and I want to be there for her as she grows and becomes more active.
So, I'm back! Accountability is what works for me so here we go.
Thank you to those that tried to stay in touch with me and I am back and hope to be a good weight loss friend and encourager to you as well.
