For this next while I have my challenge set along side Healthy Goals57 we are on track, and Paulautumn for a one week challenge! Lets go girls!
Keep under 1500 food intake
Exercise 30 minutes
Drink 8 glasses of water

Live on Canada's west coast. Have two grown daughters, 2 dogs, 1 cat, 1 husband! In that order...........LOL

Hey how are you doing? I was gone for four months due to computer virus back now. We are starting a one on one challenge on 55+ladies. We have done them many times and have fun and it really helps. I have gained back while I was gone without my sp friends support.
We can do this. come on in and join the challenge or just see what is new.
