Less belly, more LIFE!
I need to do this for me and me only. I need to be healthy and feel great. I need to be active and take good care of myself. Right now, I suck at all of it. But that will soon change!

My Goals:
I want to lose over 100 pounds, but I want to do it with mini-goals. One day at a time, be healthy and live life fully.
My Program:
I'm focusing on the Glycemic Index, but I'm not limiting myself to the GI food list. Whole grains, fruits and veggies, healthy lean meats and fats...you get the idea. Also, I'm trying to up my activity level with home DVDs, playing with my daughter, and lifting at the gym. I also need to work toward getting my life in order. I'm a big procrastinator, and this spills into everything in my life. I need routines to keep my house clean, keep my life at work in order, etc. If I can do this, my stress levels and overall health would be much improved.

My name is Brenda; I currently live in Central Illinois but I'm from Wisconsin. I am married to my wonderful Steve and I have a 21 month old daughter. I am in a transition phase in my career, and I'm looking forward to what lies ahead.
