My Goals:
My overall goals are to manage my stress and anxiety with fitness, lose 20 pounds, improve my diet (especially cutting out chocolate milk..my favorite!) and gain more strength and muscle tone.

My Program:
Shaun T programs for aerobic activity (I LOVE Rockin' Body!), hand weights, resistance bands, walking, Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred, and I found a neat App for my Android called RunBeatRun that will set up walking/jogging intervals for you using the BPM with your own downloaded music--how cool is that??

Personal Information:
I live in West Virginia and am a married 51 year old Mom to 2 grown sons and 1 teenage daughter. I am currently not working and want to get more active - I have anxiety and know that exercising daily will alleviate some of it.

Other Information:
I love to read - mysteries and thrillers line the shelves of my 2 bookcases. I enjoy horror and thriller movies and I own a bunch of exercise DVD's -- I really like variety! When warm weather hits I enjoy walking to the river and chillin' with my MP3 player on the river dock. I LOVE people and am always interested in a variety of personalities..I especially enjoy those who are positive and have a spiritual side to them. I also LOVE animals and am an advocate to stop the abuse of all animals.

I have found some really cool free Apps for my Android phone -- RunBeatRun, Runtastic, MyFitnessPal, Calories Burned, and Workout Trainer. I have tried all of them and they're great for motivation and variety. Are there any other Apps any of you would like to share that motivate you?? emoticon emoticon emoticon
