1. To lose weight. 2. To change the ways I deal with stress. 3. To change the things I provide to myself as rewards. 4. To work out at least 3 times a week.
I'm participating in many of the challenges here at Spark People. I've joined Weight Watchers to give me the added incentive of the meetings. I've joined Curves to get an added fitness push. I journal my food daily and record my fitness minutes so I can try to do more each week.
I am from Smithville Ontario but I've lived many places since then. Today I live in Mississauga Ontario. I am currently unemployed and hope that these goals will improve my esteem and help me find that dream job! I'm married to the most wonderful encouraging man in the world!
