Change for Life
I have never been so large in my life. After having my son, I quit my job and went back to school. However, I have lost track of what it means to look and feel good about myself. Everything goes towards chores and school work. I can't even keep up with my little guy. We both suffer.
I go places and feel invisible or feel like I have some horrid diease. People treat you sub-standard because you are not a certain size or look a certain way.
Mainly, I want to do this to improve ...

Mainly, I want to do this to improve my health, the other stuff is just gravy. I am open to suggestions, etc.
