My Goals:
To build strength, endurance, flexibility and regain my confidence after recovering from back injury.

My Program:
Baby Steps:
-Tracking meals using SP nutrition/meal guide
(between 1200-1550 calories daily)
-Drinking at least 8 glasses of water a day
-Participating in the 5K Your Way Walking program (3 days per week) and strength training on alternating 2 days

Starting slowly to build momentum, and avoid re-injury to my back. I am trying to remain consistent and meet small goals along the way to my big goals.

From the West Kootenay region of British Columbia, Canada. Currently living in Grand Cayman and enjoying paradise!
