Drink more Water or tea. Cut back on my diet soda.
Exercise at least 5 nights a week for at least 20 min to start and gradually work my way to longer.

I have found that It is very difficult to be a crafty person as myself. Who LOVES to Knit, Crochet, Do beadwork, Sew, Play with polymer clay......Which is ALL stuff you do sitting on your bum, And try to lose weight as well. I need balance!!! My goal is to get a routine so that I may have time for everything...
