It's been a long time since I said that, or anything! I dropped out of SP for about a year. The consequences were disastrous!!! I went from that 127 to 140!!! It happened slowly at 1st then quickly after 135. I hate everything about the way I look. Plus I'm older now too!!! UGH! Guys are so lucky they don't have all those nit picky details! Anyway, I'm making my way back slowly. I have been working out since Jan. 15th with no results. I know my cardio is lacking cuz my treadmill is out of commission & I always hated running anyway!!! YUCK! I am no longer obsessed with the #'s on the scale! I just want to be able to fit into my clothes agin without stuff bubbling over everywhere! HAHA!

I hear ya! I TRY to get in that frame of mind when I get stuck. I look at is a practice for when I DO get there. It doesn't mean I'm going to maintain 120. I would just like to get there once & then bounce between there & 125 ya know? I think women get more caught up in the whole #'s on the scale thing than guys do. Am I wrong? My DH NEVER has to worry about being fat. I HATE THAT! He can eat whatever he wants and never gains an ounce!!! I think the biggest I've ever seen him is about 180 & he's 6'2" and that wasn't for long!!! He always weighs 173. UGH! He eats to live though. Like, he can open a bag of Doritos & eat about a quarter of what I would want if I get started. I live to eat!!!!
It's warm and rainy here. We have had some of the cold wet rain already too though. YUCK! That is really hard to deal with. We usually don't get snow I've only seen it 3 or 4 times. I wont go out if I can help it when it gets too cold. I have to go next door to feed my fish every morning & night & THAT is far enough, about 40 yds. I run in that house on my treadmill too so, when I go to do that I try to only my the back & fourth once. I don't know how people can run when it's below zero and stuff. I would die! 1771 days ago
