Back to Basics!

Simplified plan includes:

Calorie counting M-F, stay between 1200-1500 and eat clean as possible. Weekends are free time but I'll still be trying to not go overboard.

Slowly re-integrating strangth training into my life. Alternating days between Arms & Abs workout, and Legs & Back workout. Goal is 6 days/ week 30 mins/day.

Build back up to being a 5-6 days/week cardio person. Start slow. Promise 15 minutes a day to start, hoping I'll feel like more.

My Goals:
- Maintain weight range of 145-152
- Lose body fat while maintaining and/or building muscle. Difficult yes, but I know it can be done!!!


My Program:
STAY CONSISTANT! Never go a week without at least 3 days of it being exercise. And that better be a bad week.

Personal Information:
About a year before I joined sparkpeople, I started my weight loss on my own, beginning at my heaviest, 185-190. I hit a plateau at 160, and joined sparkpeople to help me with the last little bit.

Other Information:
I absolutely LOVE Gwen Stefani. Had a thing for her since I was about 12!

190? Awww I remember 190, I'd kill to be back there right now haha!
180-190 I'd say has been my average since I grew up but there has been a few occassions (like now) where I've put on 30-40lbs before I've even realised what's hit me! 221 being my largest ever with a BMI of 31...wtf?! How'd that even happen lol!
I favour in the sense that I lose it quite easily, it's maintaining it that's the issue. I've never gotten down past 180 though, I must see 180 on the scales and suddenly I'm back in my comfort zone and it's back to junk food city lol!
I'd really like to get down to 160 this time round, I'm 5'10 so anything less would probably be too low for my frame but I'll know when I get there though!
Are you following any kind of diet plan?
