Hello! I've decided enough is enough and it's time to get healthy and lose weight. I'm the proud mom of two boys (13 and 1) and have a boring desk job!

I did Weight Watchers about 8 years ago and lost 30 pounds, and slowly put it back on. I was married in May of 2008 and also managed to lose 15 pounds, and gained it back (and thensome). I'm ready to start exercising and eat right and get back down in the 150's!!

My Goals:
Goal #1: Lower my BMI to a normal, healthy range. I am currently considered overweight.

Goal #2: Lose as much weight as possible before having baby #3!

My Program:
I am currently following the Spark recommended daily calories/fat/protein/carb numbers.

Fitness-wise, I am doing cardio (treadmill while watching TV) five days per week for 35 minutes. I am also doing one yoga class per week for 90 minutes.

Hey there! Thanks for stopping by. I've come to a bit of a standstill myself (but no gains thank goodness). I stopped tracking a little bit ago and know that's what I need to start doing again to keep losing. Still plugging away with the Wii fit workouts and no pop for about a week now! Will start tracking again, thanks for the encouragement! We can do this.
