I am eating a healthy, balanced diet centered around sparkpeople's recommendations. I do cardio 5 days a week for 30 minutes, Strength training is also part of my program but if I'm totally honest then I will admit that I am not consistant.
Thank you for the comment and expression of your feelings on my blog. It is wonderful to see your name again!! (I can't believe how time flies sometimes!) We can figure this out. It's just going to be slower than you or I would prefer. If we knew how to balance everything I'm not sure half the world's industries would exist! Got to keep the economy moving!
