Cook at home 5 days a week
Workout 5 times a week

Cardio: walk/jog, arc trainer, Zumba (class or Wii), or dvds.
DVDs: Tae Bo, P90, Pilates, 30 Day Shred, and Biggest Loser's Cardio Max, Insanity (I am not at a fitness level appropriate for Insanity yet though)

Strength Training: I get programs from Oxygen magazine and Fitness Rx for Women
