Howdy Bre! If we can’t do 1 sit-up, why set a goal to do 100 sit ups by the end of the week? Although we may have the desire to set miraculous goals, temper them with reality and tone the goals down into achievable goals…then we will reap a feeling of success instead of failure and frustration.
