Fighting mid-life stamina issues!!! I dropped the weight a year ago, thanks to SP... And then hit a super-high stress episode and gained most of it back.. The roller-coaster is tough - time to get it back in check, again; looking forward to the 5% Challenges for some much-needed help.

My Goals:
I'd like to get my weight back under 120 (again). I need to re-focus on my daily routine, get my 60-120 min of cardio and get back to consistent strength-training. Sustainment is the real goal - VERY TIRED of the roller-coaster ride!
My Program:
5% Challenge: -Re-focus on the daily routine. -Put discipline back in the process! -Track daily -Continue eating very healthy (and juicing!), drink more water, treadmill and/or eliptical 5x weekly for an hour, hit the gym ~3 times weekly (add swimming), and mix it up often. -Meditate, daily to help manage stress -Continue Working on a very balanced, healthy lifestyle.
Personal Information:
I am from NY, but live in southern California - the weather is sooo much nicer here! Feels like paradise!
Other Information:
My new Goal is 120 By: August 1, 2013 These Challenges have helped me reach my goals in the past - love them! Will keep workin' on it for a better, healthier future!
