Hi! Little Susie is my Inner Child. She and I both want the same thing: to be healthy and happy, and have fun living Life. Susie just needs to learn that sometimes Life is a trade-off, and that fit is fun! I'm going to try this year to help her 'learn by doing'. Wish me luck, as she's very stubborn sometimes!

My Goals:
To be able to keep up with my partner and my grandkids. I want to be able to walk to work this Fall (it's a mile from my home to my work place), I want to do things WITH people and not just sit on the sidelines.
My Program:
exercise for 30 minutes 4X a week
Eat at home four nights a week
plan my meals ahead of time
