I love myself and the woman I continue to become. I have three children (6y/4y/18m), and a wonderful man! I am a strong, intelligent, lovely, determined lady! I don't consider this a journey, I consider this all out WAR!! Against myself and everything I let get in the way of being happy and healthy!! I have no obesity related health problems (yet). I just want to be ME! The sexy thick girl inside that I haven't seen in YEARS!!

TOP 10 Reasons to LOSE this weight::
1. Stop avoiding pictures, even with my children!
2. Join my children when they play!
3. Actually hang out with old friends from school.
4. Not be embarrassed when asked my weight out loud.
5. Look good in my graduation gown!
6. Fly to Europe...comfortably!
7. Prove to all my haters I can do it!
8. Be able to wear the hottest styles.
9. Never have a roll again!
10. Be confident in my own skin!

May 1 = 220 lbs
June 1 = 205 lbs

August 1 = 175 lbs
September 1 = 160 lbs
October 1 = 145 lbs
November 1 = 130 lbs

::To accomplish this I need to lose about 1.8lbs per week!::

**Goals**
1. Have my arm measurements be less than my mans (16 inches)
2. Wear a size 12/14
3. Lose my cankles (lol)
4. Run a mile
5. Run a mile a day!
6. Lose the cottage cheese from my thighs and butt!
7. Lose my rolls!
8. Wear SHORTS!
9. Take a family photo and be happy with the result!
10. Buy a swimsuit!
11. Wear a swimsuit! lol





My Program:
****Healthier Eating Habits!
1. NO REGULAR POP! 2. NO FRIES!
3. MINIMAL "fast food"
4. No more regular cookies!
5. No more regular candy bars!
6. No more shakes or malts!
7. Smaller portions
8. DO NOT EAT after 7 pm!!!!!

***Take B12 pills twice a day, and Niacin (B6) once a day!***

Exercise:
Started with cardio 30 minutes per day X 7 days per week. Once that got easier, went to cardio 2 X a day, 30 in the AM and 30 in the PM...results to follow :)
