    Not sure what you are doing in way of exercise might not be enough now. I have to keep changing mine up as I am also in a rut. I think you have to step it up a bit because your body gets used to what you are doing and then its not enough anymore. I dont know if you have a phone with apps on it but I got a crazy new app called Nike Training Club… its awesome… has routines to do and videos of each of the exercise. Its like doing a bootcamp without having to pay for it. It is hard work but I just do as much as I can and keep working through to the end. Its seems to be tightening my muscles up. I am getting definition to my stomach, havent had any since I was a teenager!!

    yeah this has been 4 weeks now that I have been ill. I had a chest xray on Thursday because they want to rule out pneumonia... I doubt I have that but something isnt right. I tried to keep going with exercise but I might have worsened it again.

    Thank you for the congrats... I have a big cheesy smile now... I didnt even get all my exercise done this week either. Its certainly motivating to see it coming off and now feeling it in my clothes too.
