One small step
I am tired of being "the big girl" in my family and with my friends. I want to go to an amusement park and not worry if I'll fit in the rides. I am tired of being embarassed when other people look in my shopping cart. Time to change all of that with one small step at a time.

Weight Goals Starting weight: 235 Short term: Get to 210 by New Years Eve Long term: to lose 100lbs and keep it off. Fitness Goals Short term: To be able to get off the floor without crawling to something to pull myself up on. Long term: To hike up Half Dome in Yosemite. Nutrition Goals To break the sugar/carb addiction. To learn to love fruit. To eat breakfast every day.
My Program:
Exercise: M, W, & F: 30 mins cardio T & Th: 10+ strength exercises Sa & Su are free days to do whatever I want or take a day off. Nutrition: Follow the Spark program for breakfast and lunch each day. Dinners will be mine to make trying to make them healthier than they were before.
