Hello! I saw your question on the team page and answered, but wanted to make sure you knew you were not alone in the lack of motivation to exercise department! I have been struggling with that since I joined. The only thing I can share is that I convince myself to walk in 10 minute increments. 10 minutes isn't too much of a commitment, and I don't even have to change clothes to walk for that long. It usually turns into a little more. If I don't feel like walking, I try Coach Nicole's short exercise videos.
